We are looking forward to moving to Carmel Oaks next month. We visited more than 10 independent senior living facilities and researched even more. We had an extremely positive feeling after visiting Carmel Oaks the first time. However, to make sure, we visited several more times. We found the residents and staff to be sincerely friendly and welcoming. Residents came up to welcome us mentioning that they were happy that we were back. They were anxious to tell us about the activities they participated in and to encourage us to join. Their enthusiasm about living at Carmel Oaks was evident. My mother moved into Carmel Oaks in March of 2025. It was a rough transition, and the Carmel Oaks staff was extremely helpful and gracious during the entire process. Mom has been getting involved in Carmal Oaks' many activities, such as cards and dominoes, as well as multiple social events. A van takes residents to the grocery store weekly and is also available for doctor appointments. Mom raves about the chef and the dinners he prepares! The office staff has also been very kind and beneficial in helping me with my mom's transition from living alone in her house to independent living at Carmel Oaks. My late Grandmother lived here for roughly five years and above all, I knew she was always safe. She absolutely loved her time living there. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, very clean, welcoming and full of amazing residents. The staff was friendly, helpful, communicative and knew everyone on a personal level along with most their families that visited. They offered activities for residents, decorated it for the seasons and holidays and kept the building very secure. I could not recommend Carmel Oaks enough.

Carmel Oaks is an amazing community full of great people! The staff is wonderful and I love hanging out with the residents! The space is so engaging with so many fun things to do. Every event is so enjoyable and I always have a great time with the community!
