The staff at Four seasons are unprofessional and overcharge. I've had a couple positive experiences a few years ago when they were able to quickly diagnose issues and resolve them for a low cost, but I experienced repeated situations where they provided inadequate service and significantly raised the prices without informing me. For example, I brought one car where the underside was not stable and it did not drive well. We took it in, and they made a repair to the front tires. Immediately after I took the car back, the issue got worse and it felt like the car was made out of cardboard when driving. I had to bring it back in a second time, and the staff shared how there was another problem on the back wheels. It is a safety hazard that they returned the car with such a major issue, without

They always go the extra mile including bringing me home when dropping my car off for extended service and bringing me back to pick up my car once service is completed! I know, after many years of coming to Four Seasons, that they are honest and fair and I only take my vehicles to Dean, Chris and their beyond skilled team! They truly are the best!
