I have had a great and wonderful experience buying my very first ever used car. I saw the 2013 X3 and left a message that night and by the next morning, Ken had already responded to me. I called him right away and we made the deal in less than 10 minutes. I made the four drive down to his shop in Clearwater a couple of days later and the car was exactly as advertised. Immaculate and in mint condition. Ken is a true professional and really cares that the customer is happy and satisfied with the process of the purchase. Ken went above and beyond for me and I’m truly grateful for his hard work and even while I was out of the country he still kept communication with me. His car was so well kept and as described that the car sold itself, he helped a little. lol. This is a very rare car to find anywhere and that fact that I found it 10 minute from my house and in such great condition means I was very blessed.
