I had an excellent experience at Mercado Motors. I originally went in because I was told my oil pan needed to be replaced due to a leak. They were able to get me in quickly, thoroughly inspect the vehicle, and pinpoint the actual source of the leak. I was given a fair and honest quote to fix the issue, and everything was explained clearly. What really stood out was the attention to detail. After the repair, they cleaned up all the oil residue so the underside of the car looked great, which I really appreciated. On top of that, I mentioned at the end that my car had been squeaking every time I started it. He took the time to look at it, immediately identified the issue, and fixed it free of charge.
