Terrible customer service. Called to ask about a vehicle that was on facebook marketplace and the lady was very sarcastic in giving details. In asking simple questions about the car like is the check engine light on the lady and a male who identified as the owner ( and was speaking in the background) said they cant remember. Told them I dont live in the area and wanted to make sure before coming over an hour and her response was “what does it matter, bladen county will pass inspections with the check engine light on.” Tried asking her about cosmetic/mechanical issues with the car and she responded very sarcastically. Will not be giving them any of my hard earned money. Simple over the phone customer sevice seemed to be asking for too much.

Have gotten three cars from and l,be not had any troubles with them. Jamie will tell you up front . Love them my credit score is good.
