Wow, these guys are fantastic! I was on a road trip and had some car trouble. I was alone and hours away from anyone I knew. My car was not drivable and I was in the middle of nowhere. They fixed me up so I could still drive safely until I could get to a body shop. They refused to charge me anything. Truly wonderful people!
Thank you to J&E for not only fixing my son-in-law’s truck on a Sunday but for opening your home to my daughter and their dog on an extremely hot day when their truck broke down right near them. We are from Virginia and pass your shop every time we go to N Myrtle Beach. Excellent service. Quick service. Friendly service. HIGHLY recommended!!!!!
J&E went over and beyond. My son was stranded on highway. Had car towed to J&E. They identified problem immediately and were able to help with additional issues that we asked about. Honest and quick. Cannot recommend enough.
Alex saved the day! Sunday evening my daughter and her friends needed a new tire after hours. He went and rescued them and let me pay him after he got them back on the road! Amazing Humans work here!
We were mid-vacation & our Subaru's tire literally came off on the highway. J&E were nice, honest & went out of the way to make sure we were safely back on the road.... including a trip for parts in Wilmington. Totally recommend for anyone in need in the area of Whiteville.
