Even though the parts themselves turned out to be unreliable, the team at Carolina Auto Service stood behind the work and kept at it until everything was functioning properly. They inspected the lifters, replaced them, and when the parts failed again they did the work necessary to replace them again and make sure the problem was fully resolved. The appointment is easily booked online. However, you can’t change it once it is submitted. The front desk employee is professional and friendly. The place has a lobby that is decent to sit and relax, however, the WiFi is slow. The service was quick and easy. It was an inspection for an EV vehicle. There was a small mix up but we had that squared away. I enjoyed my experience for being a first timer.
