I had a great experience with Carolina RoadRunner Mechanics. His customer service was excellent; very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue with my van within about 30 minutes, and that was in freezing cold weather 😅. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident in his expertise. He’ll be fixing my van within the next week, and based on this experience, I already know the service will be excellent. Highly recommend—10/10

Was a wonderful experience, i was having my brakes and rotors changed. On the day of was met with updates along the whole way. He even showed me part of the service and was asked if I wanted additional services that was definitely needed, He went and got the parts promptly and returned and was still finished on the original quoted time. No complaints from me and will be using for the future!

Daniel who came and worked on my car did a great job! He was very kind, professional and efficient with his work! I got my brake pads changed by him and it was reasonably priced for the job, the quality he provided, as well as the convenience of having them come to your home. I definitely recommend!
