Gardner Towing

My vehicle was towed on a Friday 1/ 30/26 evening and when I called to pick it up, I was told I could not retrieve it until Monday2/2/26 because they “don’t allow pickups on the weekend.” The tow itself was $350, plus $65 per day for storage. I specifically asked if I would still be charged for Saturday and Sunday even though I wasn’t allowed to pick up my car, and he said yes, absolutely, which immediately felt suspicious. When I arrived Monday morning at 10:30 AM to pick up my vehicle, he then told me I was also being charged for Monday. When I questioned why — since I was there picking it up — he gave a nonsense excuse saying that if something had happened to my car that morning, he would’ve been responsible for it. Gardner Towing was quick and efficient. Joey was so kind and helpful and very reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anybody needing a tow!

We have had to use Gardner towing a couple times and have been very pleased. One time was a tow from our home to the shop and Joe came and got the car and towed it to the shop while we continued with our day and it was very convenient. We also had a truck break down while we were over an hour away from home on our way to vacation and Joes responded quickly getting our truck to the shop and us back on our plans. Very responsive. Very professional. Very convenient.

Joe answered the call and was prompt to come tow my car for me quickly! He help my car and even advised me with insurance company on policies so I didn't get taken advantage of. He is honest and very hard worker. Would highly recommend. He also has his clients best interest at hand.

I have used Gardner towing several times over the past several months and have been very pleased with the service provided and the quality of interaction with Joe Gardner. He is timely and took great care of the vehicles he transported for me. Definitely recommend if you have a towing need.
