I had a really good experience with CarPro Automotive. I brought in a 2020 Chevrolet Bolt EV that I had just bought through Carvana and was still inside the 7 day SilverRock window. I had already done a PPI elsewhere, but it was not a SilverRock in network shop, which is why I ended up coming here. Looking back, I honestly wish I had come to CarPro first. They did a very thorough inspection and actually found an issue that my first PPI missed. They explained everything clearly and worked directly with SilverRock to get repairs approved that I did not even realize might qualify. They were straightforward about what would and would not be covered and never pressured me into anything. Great experience with this auto repair shop. I brought in my Kia Stinger and the team was patient, honest, and very transparent throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Special thanks to Chris for being so helpful and communicative the entire time. It’s not easy to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this shop truly cares about their customers and their work. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for reliable and honest auto repair.

I had such a great experience at CarPro Automotive. I brought in my 2019 Honda Fit for service and honestly went in feeling a little anxious (I’m really careful about who I trust with my car), but their team immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone I spoke with was kind, professional, and very genuine. They were upfront and honest about what my car needed, explained everything clearly, and I never felt pressured at any point. They did point out that my tires are older (made in 2018) and gave me a quote for tires/alignment for the future, but it was presented as helpful info — not a pushy upsell. CarPro just handled a major repair on my 2016 Ford Explorer (water pump, timing chain, and some other items) and not only did they do a great job, but they were professional, honest and kept me informed throughout the process (it was a several day repair). Chris did a great job helping me understand what was being done to the vehicle and why it was a major repair. I've only had the vehicle back less than a day, but everything appears to be working as expected. I would highly recommend CarPro for your automotive service and repair needs. I will be taking my other vehicles to CarPro.

Brought my 2018 Subaru wrx sti here to get serviced and the clutch replaced and it was such a great experience. The team here at car pro are very knowledgeable and got me the parts with the best price within my budget.
