Great people, great customer service and great prices!!! They even mix paint, make hydraulic hoses and have heavy duty parts

Service was great. Took a while to get the right part but customer service didn't give up. I appreciated his extra effort and taking a look under the hood. Very helpful, unlike their sister store who said they didn't have it, but did! Could have saved an hour if they put forth the same effort that these guys did. Take it from me, start at Carquest.

Sold me the wrong cabin filter. Google info says open til 5 on Saturday. They close at 4, and I wasted a trip. Tried to explain and dude jumps in & says ‘tone it down. Talk to us not at us.” I said he is not part of the conversation. So he quips, “I’m the manager”, as if I am supposed to ‘snap to’. Google info is wrong. I couldn’t leave fast enough and won’t be back. “not like us”.

The team here is fantastic and work very hard to help with whatever random requests or needs I come up with for cars, boats, etc. J and Mark are awesome. They are worth the drive even if you are in Bluffton.

To start off Matt was very short with me, and I'm guessing that's due to my two little boys that were tagging along due to we were heading on vacation. It was noon in August, and beginning to get very hot so we stopped for some refrigerant, and my four-year-old boy needed to go to the bathroom, and it was an emergency. Matt told me that if he let my 4-year-old son go use the bathroom that he would have to let everybody use the bathroom and we were the only people in there. So I left, and by the time I strapped them up, and pulled out the parking lot my son had an accident. Now my son's asking me if he's got to sit out in time out once we get to the water park because he had an accident. I have such great kids so shame on Matt for for making my son feel like that.
