The staff i've known them for years off and on as they've come and gone and retired. They're always a good bunch of guys, and gals work there. Aways helpful, they'll go the extra mile to see that you're taken care of. Helpful and willing to give you pointers that might help. Hometown.customer service makes a good community great. If you're local, they'll take good care of you.

Terrible customer service, at least from the miserable lady that works there. I took a flywheel here to get resurfaced, the lady said it would be done Monday and took my number and name. She said they would call me when it’s done. By Tuesday I had not received a call, so I gave them a call. She answered again, and I inquired about the flywheel. She told me it hadn’t been done because there were alignment pins still in the flywheel. So I said “well just pull them out.” She said we don’t do that. I guess it takes a skilled technician to grab some vice grips and give them a turn. Makes you wonder if they should be machining flywheels in the first place. Either way I asked why I didn’t get a call it’s Tuesday, been 4 days. She said I didn’t leave a number. I said yes I did I left it with you.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Brought a car battery in to get replaced. The owner of the store, Michael, suggested checking the warranty on the battery (even though his store didn't carry that brand and he wouldn't make any money off of it). He ended up saving us $135. So hard to find places like this.

I was having a really bad day because of a dead battery. The feller there tested the battery, sold me a new one and even installed it for me. I was and am SO grateful for his time and service.
