Hate to leave a bad review but my experience could have been in the definition of a dishonest auto shop. Dropped my vehicle off for new injectors. A week later I went back to get some tools out of it because they went well over the estimated time. The tech had just returned from a test drive and had coolant pouring out of the radiator in 5-6 different spots. When I looked under (see pic) I saw the fan shroud had been installed wrong and sitting on the fan. Boss wasn’t there so I left frustrated. The next day I talked to Eric and he asked for the receipt from the radiator because it was just done 6months prior. He said it was clear as day the lower half of the radiator had Just exploded… Asked me to pay for the replacement. I told them to bill me and I would pick it up as is. I didn’t want

I moved to Mount Pleasant about a year and a half ago, and was worried about finding a decent mechanic nearby. I went to Eric the first time on the recommendation of a family member in the area and I have not been disappointed. I've been in 3 times now and they clearly know what they are doing. Eric is very knowledgeable and professional and the pricing has always been fair. I look forward to continuing to rely on their services for many years to come.

We were passing through town on our way to a high school event late on a Friday evening when our car died. Eric's crew came to us, jumped our car, and installed a new alternator in no time. What could have easily become a nightmare turned out to be an easy experience. We are so grateful for them and their quick work. They truly went out of their way to get us back on the road again. I have visited Eric's shop a few times now and I'm very happy. These technicians get it, they understand customer service. Their prices are reasonable you definitely get the quality you pay for. These are my kind of people.

They do great work! We didn't have an appointment, our timing was good, got is right in!
