As a auto business owner we look to are parts supplies to be fast, professional, and reliable. I started my company using durand carquest. A small town parts supplier thats been around since i was a child. With saddness i will no longer use them. To request a part seems like your inconveniencing them. Warrentys on parts are handled wrong. My own personal vehicle had wheel bearings from them. In order to get them replaced i have to pay up front for a new set just to have them refund the money. Or disable my vehicle and wait for them to bring them out. If they will do this to someone who has spent thousands of dollars with them, what do they do to a everyday person who occassionaly buys from them. All my other parts accounts are glad to help. Even go alittle out of the way to accomidate and
