My truck broke down in Durand, Michigan, and I was having a really hard time finding anyone willing to take it in. I stopped at Durand Mobile, and even though the owner, Tom, was extremely busy, he still took the time to diagnose and fix my truck. Tom was genuinely kind, honest, and truly cared about helping me out in a stressful situation. The quality of their work is outstanding—my truck is actually driving better than it was before it broke down. I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond. Great service and friendly staff. They called me every step of the way as to not do more than I could afford or needed. My car went from not turning over to starting with a snap. I am very appreciative of the honest and hard working mechanics at this shop.

My husband and I were on our way to Canada and started to smell something burning. So glad this was the exit we pulled off on. They ordered a belt. We had to wait a bit, but didn't mind. The waiting area is very comfortable, they have snacks and offered drinks. Tom and Leah are both so kind and kept us updated as we waited. Wish we had this place in our home town. Good people. Also, there were 2 women in the waiting area when we got there who have been long time patrons and said we were lucky to find this place, that they are very honest and fair.

We were diving from Canada and got a flat tire, we were so lucky to be right by the exit that lead us to this auto shop. They were so accommodating and changed the tire quickly so we can get back on the road. Best service and very reasonable price! Highly recommend!
