I wish I could give 0 stars, the place in grandy currituck nc is very unorganized, I was told the wrong information three times and when I came in for the third time to be told it was still wrong, one of the employees Royce was incredibly rude and definitely ruined my opinion about this place. Always thought highly until today and definitely will not be recommending anyone anymore.

Was on my way home from my annual trip to the OBX and had some minor car issues at 8am on a Saturday and the gentlemen Spencer who was working was an ABSOLUTE ANGEL and helped me out. I was alone (female) with my sister and kids and we're clueless about vehicles so it was a very stressful situation and we had to travel 6 hours home. He stepped in and helped me without hesitation and I'll be forever grateful!

Dont waste your time even attempting to deal with this place absolutely terrible customer service even worse Chinese parts.

After a trip to OBX, our car was having some technical and battery issues. We stopped hoping someone could help and Brandy was quick to offer her expertise. Brandy was kind and helpful and quickly had our problem fixed and got us back on the road. If you’re having any automotive needs in the area I highly recommend Carquest and Brandy.

Outstanding. We had a Check Engine light pop up while heading south. We had the very good fortune of stopping at this Carquest location. The gentleman read the code, and told we had a misfire in cylinder 3. Amazingly, he whipped out some tools and replaced the plug right there on the spot. The problem was fixed, and we were on our way. We were most grateful! Everyone in the building was friendly and helpful. Hope to cross paths with them again one day. Thank you.
