When I called yesterday looking for a battery for my car, the woman that answered my call asked me what kind of car was it...I told her a VW passat and she asked me what VW stands for! If you employ people that have no knowledge of cars, then why employ them? Crappy phone service as she was too busy conversing with someone else and laughing while attending to my call. Thankfully I bought my battery through AAA.

If you want experienced, competent service, this is your store.

Friendly. Knowledgeable about availability of parts for my diesel truck. They were even nice enough to lend me a socket to swap out a part I purchased for my truck. Only bad thing about the location is parking. On a busy day with heavy vehicle traffic, I could see it being difficult to get in and out.

Steve was super helpful and friendly. I was a little worried about my project but Steve not only made me totally comfortable but helped me get the job too. I highly recommend this place because of him.
