Carquest Auto Parts

Carquest is the first place I go for auto parts. I think they have better parts like alternators, starters etc. compared to O'Reilly's or Napa. The salespeople were very helpful and friendly they got me everything I needed quickly.

Let me start this review by saying that the CarQuest in Great Falls, MT has always been top notch. This is an excellent establishment, with a staff of knowledgeable and caring people in the store, behind the counter, in outside sales, and delivery. My beef is with CarQuest proper. Apparently they got some corporate hack in there to "shake things up", and they have managed to run well over 100 years of experience out the door in no time. Since this change has occurred, they ran Nick Sand (phenomenal Outside Sales Rep), Bill Chaon ( dedicated long-time delivery driver), Steve Myhre (assistant manager who was driven out one week before his forty-year mark), Fred Davis (manager w/over 25 years experience), Lacie Abrahamson (counter person & OSS who was happy, learning, & dedicated), and Cody

I was looking for a self-adhesive convex mirror for a vehicle side view mirror. I was presented with 5 options in varying sizes. They were really inexpensive. The staff was very helpful and considerate. Well done!!

This is the only parts store this town needs. Everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. It's like these folks actually know how an internal combustion engine operates. The other auto parts stores should take several lessons from these great folks.
