I’d just like to start off by saying that his is hands down the best parts store I’ve ever been to. All of the gentleman inside are so friendly and very willing to help answer any questions you may have. I brought a flywheel to be resurfaced after I had everyone tell me it wasn’t even possible. The flywheel looked better than new and saved me a lot of money. Would definitely recommend handy.

The pony tail guy showed extreme attitude . I tried to return the item and make simple transaction. He disrespected me and asked to leave and never step back. I recommended never consider buying stuff from this store

Shows one price online when you go to purchase TOTALLY different price at least $150 higher i expected more than switch and bait pricing from these guys. We have used them for 30+hrs. Very disappointed 😞

Some places you can walk right in and as soon as you engage “customer service” you can tell you’ve wasted your time. Don’t waste your time taking rotors to be resurfaced at this location, I was told “too much surface rust and it would damage their bits” but he’d gladly sell me a brand new set! Sir I’d go down the street and pay triple just to never have the displeasure of dealing with you ever again. Oreilly’s had no issue taking them in and resurfacing them, hopefully this saves someone wasted time!

Great place, has gotten me out of a jam many times, also actually have knowledge needed when difficult issues arise, maintaining a vehicle can be a pain, these guys make it a Little easier
