Drove 3 hours round trip to pick up 8 six volt Trojan batteries. I had called to insure they had July 2024 which they assured me they had. When I arrive to pick up they tried to sneak in a March 2024 battery. When I questioned the owner he said I could drive to their Beaufort store (another 15 miles each way) to get fresh battery. Owner was trying to multitask and was completely distracted. Probably a good micro manager from what I could tell. I asked him if I could get a discount if paying cash and he said yes. Gave him a $1000.00 cash and the rest on Credit Card but because of distractions he charged me the full amount for batteries on CC. Once I told him the error he then was going to give me a credit back on my card but ended up charging me for 4 more batteries instead of credit. Total

The Staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly! They will help you with any questions you may have! From windshield wipers to alternators to lug nuts they'll provide an answer to help you out even if they can't! Price wise they are better than most of their competitors!
