In our area, these guys are the best in the game. Can’t speak highly enough about them. I had a great experience and I’m really glad someone recommended them to me. I was inquiring at another place about a 2” level for my 2024 Ram 1500 and it was gonna be over 1200$. Oak City Tire could do the same work for less than half. They were so reasonable I decided to go with a 3.5” lift instead and paired it with some 35s. They got the truck looking good. Less than 2k for everything including the alignment. Darian was very helpful from start to finish and he did a fantastic job installing the lift. I’m definitely planning to use them again in the future.

I have tried to be a loyal customer, but I have been trying to get away from this place for the last 2 months while still holding a professional attitude, other than them rotate my tires,everything has been a nightmare, I have lost lots of time and a lot money from my business because of all the down time. I am not gonna waste more time on the bs that I’ve had to endure, but I will not have a grown man try and tell me about my own truck and what it is doing and then he pulls out a poor excuse about how he knows more than I do about tires! Then says he doesn’t want to do business w/ me any more. He still owes me warranty work still!! I can’t get away from you fast enough! Thanks for firing your customer! Hands down one of the best places to do business with in the county. Great customer service and great prices. Bobby and his staff are friendly, courteous and professional. Darrien is particularly helpful in setting up service. If you need any of the services they provide I highly recommend you give them a try.

Oak City Tire did my truck a couple weeks back, They installed a level and a new set of wheels and tires. They were great people to work with, had my parts in super fast and installed them right away. Definitely the best people to work with for any of your wheel, tire, and lift needs. Thank y’all
