This used to be my “go-to” spot for all my truck parts. Now, they are spotty and unreliable on pricing, and whether not they’ll even be open.. locking up early, and straight up closing on Saturdays because they feel like it!! My business doesn’t function on your wants and needs, I’ve gotta find another parts store after today, this is unacceptable.

Went to pickup my online order on a Saturday, the website stated they were open as did Google. Arrived to find store locked up, lights out and most concerning no posted hours for this business at the front entrance. Apparently they are open only when they feel like it or the help wanted sign truly indicates they have a serious lack of staff. Don't waste your time patronizing this business, it appears they are part time with no set schedule.

Condolences and 🙏🙏🙏 💔 for family and friends. I understand being closed today for a sad occasion; however, it would have been appreciated if your clientele could have at least been informed of when operating hours will resume. A note on the door would have been greatly appreciated. A young lady is sleeping in her vehicle in a parking lot due to a faulty part purchased from your establishment. She is stuck there until you reopen. No one answering calls. A simple voice-mail informing your clients of the closure and when resuming normal operations would have surficed.

One guy was super helpful. Went above and beyond. Didn't catch his name, but they came outside and checked on my liftgate issue. Helped narrow down my problem and saved me some money in the process.

I went in the store bought a part. The salesman assured me it would work even though it was different! I get my car torn apart and it was the incorrect part! I called the store and ask if they could deliver it to me. They refused. I then get a ride to the parts store and the guy refused to exchange it. I have always bought parts here because they were close. I will never spend anything in this place ever again. Most unhelpful and inexperienced!
