Carquest of Price

I purchased a starter from car quest, brought the core in with me and they took my money and core. They didn't give me the new starter in a box because they said they needed the box to send the core out with. Today I came back in to return the starter because I had a different starter that ended up working. They said they could not take my starter back because I didn't have the box (the core had already been sent off). They said they would just list the brand new starter as defective. But when it came to returning my money (I had paid with cash) they said it would have to be in store credit because they didn't have 108 dollars in their safe (like, what?) I paid with cash, not an in store credit card. The woman named Nicole was extremely rude about it and when I took my starter and said the

I asked about renting a bearing remover over the phone. The customer service representative said they lend the tool for free. All I had to do was leave a credit card. When I arrived a different representative assisted me. I asked him about the tool and the agreement. He did not want to rent me the tool. He also insisted that I was using the wrong tool and that that specific tool would not work. I felt as though he just didn't want to lend it to me after he saw me. I've been a mechanic for 20 years and knew it would work. The way I'm feeling right now I would not recommend this place.

Great people, but the windshield wipers that I bought here ended up barley working just missing a whole side of my window. Went to return it and they denied it. Hoping that someone else has a better return story.

Excellent customer service! We were looking for a place to recycle coolant. Even though they don't offer the service, they called around to find someone that does. We're not used to stores being so welcoming and accommodating. They are also very well stocked and organized. This was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!
