Fast, friendly and helpful staff!

Horrible customer service. Waited for only employee to get off the phone from helping another customer only to be told that they have several commercial orders that need to be taken care of and it might be a while. Meanwhile I just needed rubber fuel line that I could see from the counter and the employee just completely ignores you. I understand everywhere is short staffed but at least answer a simple yes or no question before completely ignoring your customers.

I waited in a garage 4 hours because they were sent the wrong brakes not once, but twice.

They let me stand there almost 10 minutes. Not acknowledged. Worst service ever
