To compare the wait time (1.4 hours), cleanliness, orderliness, politeness, and punctuality between Clifton and Hackensack, this place made me feel comfortable and truthful from start to finish! Compared to Mavis, this place is much better! After four wheel alignments, tire rotation, and balancing were performed. I can feel that steering wheel firmly and ride smoothly than before! All team members here are friendly and informative.

I was a bit skeptical about this place as I went to etd in Englewood and they damaged 2 of 4 new wheels. I had them roadforce balance 4 new wheels and there was not a scratch on them. The attention to detail was impressive. Renato makes sure the equipment is well maintained and the tech take pride in their work.

The staff/mechanics were super nice and very intelligent with what they did and explained/broke down everything for us. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely coming here for any other car issues I might have in the future.

I’ve been coming here for about two years and the service has always been impeccable. Every single employee I’ve dealt with has always been polite and professional. The work has always been done in record time, often same day. I’ve had a couple of large, high-cost repairs done to both of our vehicles here and, while not cheap, ETD beat dealership prices by ~30% every time. I had to take a work vehicle to a dealership just up the street and they had my vehicle for two weeks. If our contract had allowed, I would’ve just brought it to ETD. Keep up the great work!
