This is the place to go! Very friendly and professional from start to finish. I called and received a quote within the same day. Booked an appointment. Day of they took my vehicle right away and finished a little sooner than estimated. The cost was very reasonable. My car's issue was quoted for $1,000 less at this shop. Still received excellent service. They even pulled my car up to the front door after I paid. 10/10. Will definitely come back to this shop. Thank you for being honest and efficient!

I have brought my car to Carr's Tire & Automotive three times and have received great service at a fair price. I moved into the area in March and had some issues with my car that needed to be fixed. I had quotes for the work from my previous auto place, and Carr's was better. On the most recent visit, I called, and they were able to get me in the same day to handle a leak in my radiator line. They were able to find the issue, repair the problem, and get me back on the road in a couple of hours. The staff is friendly, and I have seen how they treat everyone who comes in the door while I have waited for my car. I really appreciate how they helped out another customer with her tires. They were able to give her a quote on the existing tires, but also gave her two more options that were price

I needed new tires, but they also took the time to thoroughly service the vehicle and check the brakes—without any pressure or upselling. Finding an honest and trustworthy place can be stressful, but they took that worry completely off my shoulders. Everything was clearly explained, the work was done efficiently, and I left feeling confident that only what was truly needed was done. This is the kind of service that earns lifelong customers. Brought my vehicle in with a coolant leak. They assessed what was wrong and gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote, and finished the work the next day. Great customer service. Will use them next time I need car work.
