Review for Valvoline on Hwy 146, Baytown, TX My husband took his 2018 Dodge Ram pickup to this location for an oil change. The service itself went smoothly and he left with no immediate issues. However, after driving to Humble for work, he parked at Lowe’s and noticed a large puddle of oil under his truck. He immediately called this Valvoline and spoke with Juan. From the start, Juan had an attitude and was not professional. My husband has a heavy Caribbean accent, which sometimes makes him sound firm, but he was simply trying to explain the issue. Instead of listening, Juan kept cutting him off, was dismissive, and focused only on asking where my husband was—without addressing the actual problem or offering real help.
