What a great experience dealing with Roman ! He was completely upfront and honest . He answered all our questions and was more than understanding that we were coming up from Virginia Beach . He understood that i didn't want to make deposit over the phone because of all the scams but was willing to hold the item with a picture of the bank check . I purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper with 58k miles on it last month. My husband came with me to inspect the car and ensure it was as good as it appears online (it's a good idea to bring someone who knows about cars with you when you go car shopping!...especially used car shopping). He thoroughly checked it out and did a test run. We were mindful it is a USED vehicle so the minor scratches/missing buttons/etc didn't bother me. I bought a 2001 Audi TT sight unseen from Alex roughly year and a half ago. I was worrying whether i will get what i paid for, and thankfully for me it worked out better than i expected. Alex and the team did a great job and made a video just for me of the vehicle running. That was a very nice extra step that no one else did for me before. This is my best used car dealer experience i had so far. Very diligent, updated me every step of the way, addressed every concern i had. They also checked the vehicle before it was shipped and fixed a few minor issues, and good part i did not have to pay for that. I only paid vehicle purchase price, processing fee and shipping.
