Cars on 701

My husband and I had issues with our vehical while traveling Saturday the 11th. We went to 3 different places and couldn't find anyone that would help us or even show any concern that we were basically stranded in windy snowy -5 weather. At our last stop we decided to look up mechanics and the only person that said open was Cars on 701. We called and Carson took our number and called us back to bring it in to him the next morning, on a Sunday, so we could get back on the road. He figured out the problem in no time and grabbed the part he needed and had it fixed and running great. Thank you Carson. We made it back home with no problems. The price was reasonable and Carson was very honest and very helpful. I would recommend going to Cars on 701 for any vehicle issues.

My son’s car had the sunroof stuck open in the middle of winter. Of course this happens on a Friday night and he is supposed to go back to college in Fargo on Sunday. We called Carson Saturday morning to see if he could fix my son’s car that day. Carson said he would look at it to see what he could do. He stayed until 8pm that night to fix it and kept us updated the entire time. Very impressed with his work ethic and personality. We will definitely use him when needed in the future. I travel back and forth to Bismarck from Fargo quite a bit. Today, I noticed a noise coming from the front of my vehicle. I googled open mechanics and I saw this was open so I called. Carson was soooo polite and efficient. He explained to me what he saw and he fixed what he could and gave me a recommendation on what else I needed to do. Being from Fargo, I don't know of anyone in Bismarck. I am so glad I was able to find Cars On 701! I highly recommend it.

Carson has fixed every problem I’ve had with my vehicle in a timely matter and with reasonable prices if I ever have a issue I go to cars on 701 and within a day or two my car is done highly recommend!
