HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. I received a break job from this company, less than a week later my brakes failed. They did not bleed the brakes correctly. The car was totaled, luckily I didn't get killed and the only response they could think of was saying "they weren't the cause of the issue and sorry" Please do yourself a favor and choose another auto business for services. Distasteful and Discraseful!

Been using Cars Plus for oil changes for years. After today, I'll never take a vehicle in again. During a routine oil change they managed to brake the oil cap while removing it. Then they tell me "hey the oil cap broke but we got one coming" Then they hit me with the bill and charge me $30 for the oil cap. When I ask why theyre charging me he said oh it happend all the time. So to clarify, they broke an oil cap going UGGA DUGGA and then they charge me $30 for it. Its $10 at autozone. Stay away from Cars Plus in Highland.

My car got stranded on I 94, near Hammond IN and the aaa representative recommended me towing it to this place for service. I am impressed by the honest and professional, front desk staff who took care of my vehicle and gave me a great service experience. I would particularly mention Tim and Don for the help and assistance in a timely manner. Thanks.
