I can’t say enough good things about Carshop Inc and the level of service they provide. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Brad was my point of contact, and he was professional, honest, and completely transparent throughout the entire process qualities that are getting harder to find these days. I took our Honda Accord in because it had a popping noise in the front end while turning, something I was worried could turn into a major (and expensive) front-end repair. Brad assured me he would diagnose the issue and call with a price before any repairs were made. True to his word, he called me that same afternoon—with good news that the issue turned out to be something very minor and was repaired the same day. That kind of honesty and customer-first approach says everything

Anyone giving this place less than five stars is out of touch with reality. Carshop has taken care of every vehicle in my entire family for over 20 years. If you own a Toyota or Honda, this is absolutely the place to go. Their service and professionalism simply can’t be beat.

Every body was friendly and courteous. They were very accommodating, allowing me to drop car off day prior. I was always kept informed of findings and given options on which direction to take. I was very impressed with the time and customer service shown to me.

They always have treated me and my old Lexus right! They do a great job. I've had a few oil changes here and they do great service. I will trust them with my car work everytime!

No, not recommended…unless you need an oil change or something quick and easy. My second try with this outfit. Supposed to be Toyota “experts”, but my firstly was a ‘92 LandCruiser (Japanese). They looked at it, said “yeah I’m not interested in taking in my shop, I might be waiting on parts for months…I had the parts in the back of the vehicle! (timing belt, and other routine stuff). Gave it another go with an ‘87 LandCruiser with an A/C issue. This time he took it in, only to call about 4 days later, saying, “yeah, I just don’t think I want to deal with this, you can come get it, and I won’t charge you anything!” Gee thanks, I drove 2 hours to take it there. So, NO. Best I can say is, it is at the address provided.
