While driving from Louisiana into Mississippi, a large truck passed by and a rock struck my windshield, causing a crack that quickly spread across the glass. Once I arrived at my destination, I researched several repair companies and contacted Metro Glass. They responded the same day to assess the damage; however, the windshield required a full replacement rather than a repair. Will returned the following day to my workplace and replaced the windshield. The service was excellent, the pricing was fair, and the customer care was outstanding. The entire process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. If you need glass replacement services, I highly recommend giving them a call.

I’d strongly recommend using these guys for any auto glass needs. I had a mediocre experience with Safelite and Metro Glass was able to actually fix my windshield instead. Super friendly, professional and reasonably priced.

10/10 would recommend using this company!! The owner is very kind, efficient and within 2 hours got to my vehicle WHILE I was at work saved me from having to go to a shop and wait for like 2 hours with a baby. I was shocked when I got to my car it looks like there wasn’t even a chip in my windshield!! Saved me some serious money down the road. He even cleaned which I feel bad because I turned his rag black!! Oops! Gonna need some heavy laundry soap for that.. in all seriousness I highly recommend this company to anyone need auto glass repairs of any kind and if I could I would give them 10 stars!!
