I initially went here because I had a coupon to use. After needing one major service, I was asked 10+ times to add more services, he was not taking no for an answer. I took the quote they gave me for a fix that need attention soon but could wait and got a quote for HUNDREDS cheaper from another shop. That is all you need to know about this place. The mechanics can do the best job possible but when it comes down to management overcharging their customers that much, the shop deserves no business at all. Even if you’ve been going to this place for years, take a quote to another shop. I guarantee they will give you a much lower total. In an industry where people feel like they have no option but to pay what the shop tells them, especially the elderly, this is just shameful.

This is great place for people that care about proper maintenance on their vehicles. From my experience Patrick the manager has been very efficient,honest, and professional.

Good things rarely come free. Fortunately the folks at CarSmart provide a free shuttle service on top of good work. There are few shops out there that provide clear communication (estimate and time). Not only does CarSmart provide clear communication, their work is phenomenal. I will be coming back for all my car needs and highly recommend their service.
