I’ve been coming to this auto shop for oil changes and tire services for over a year, and it had always been a good experience—until recently. In February, I went in to fix a check engine light (code P0171). They told me my mass air flow (MAF) sensor needed replacement. I paid for the service and parts, and the code disappeared for about a week. Then, while driving to SLC, the same code came back. When I returned on Monday, they replaced the MAF sensor for free under warranty, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that replacement sensor failed again within a week, and the same code showed up for the third time. We really wanted to love and trust this shop. Our car started throwing a cylinder 6 check engine code and we asked them to diagnose it for us. They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Wouldn't recommend. Took my car in to get it diagnosed, charged me $80 to reprogram my throttle body...which I had already paid to have done 3 months prior. To my knowledge they did no testing whatsoever and just assumed. Car still doesn't feel right and I'm out $80.

Better service than grease monkey and less expensive. They love taking care of long term customers and are courteous and encouraging to new car owners.
