CarSmart USA - Used Car Sales and Financing

I just bought my new used car from Shelby and Johnathan at CarSmart USA, and I couldn't be happier! It was a 2004 Ford Taurus with only 73k miles, only one previous owner, no accidents and well maintained. They were honest, fair and stayed within my budget. The purchasing process was easy and required no haggling for a good deal. They allowed me to test drive several vehicles over a couple of days and informed me of other vehicles that would be available soon. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend CarSmart USA to anyone. I will keep them in mind for my future vehicles, and suggest them to friends or family in the market for their next used car.

Fantastic family owned local dealership. Up front about all cars on the lot and spectacular customer service. Great people to work with if you are in the market for a used, but new to you, vehicle. Highly recommend checking them out before going to any of the corporate dealerships. Wonderful experience!

We needed a second car. Something better on gas than our SUV, affordable, and most importantly dependable. We saw a Nissan that looked nice online, drove to CarSmart and the vehicle was just as advertised, no bait and switch that I have seen at other dealerships. Jonathan came out to greet us, not a typical pushy salesman. Very friendly and professional. After looking over the car he let us take it for a test drive, and it was a solid car. We got the CarFax, Jonathan answered all of our questions, we drove away with the car a little while later. We've since had our mechanic do a look over, and my wife has been driving it back and forth to work every day for about 3 weeks now. She loves it, she is saving money in gas, and I am not worried about it breaking down on her during her commute. Wh

By far the best car buying experience ever. Jonathan and Shelby were both very friendly and welcoming. They explained everything,every step of the way. We were in and out in no time. They made sure we got the vehicle we wanted,with a great warranty and still kept my payments reasonable. We highly recommend them. Playing with the pooch was a welcome added bonus!

Local dealership and it was amazing! Husband and wife owned and very friendly and welcoming. They worked with us in the sense of breaking down all the information of payments and options. Also came out with our new vehicle along with actual tags not temps! In and out! All in one type of place I loved it! We bought our new jeep compass from here! Thank you so much for working with us. If you see something take the chance and come in it may be meant to be after all! We drove over an hour to “look” and came home with what we wanted!
