Drove Collision

My 17 year old crashed her 2014 Grand Cherokee a few months ago. There was damage to the front end, hood , fender, ect. After calling several area body shops , we were at a loss. None of the corperate shops were willing to fix it. “ We only deal with insurance claims, go find a Mom and Pop shop” …… Well , Thank God we did. Drove Collision. Chris came and picked it up the same day I called. After the initial estimate, he worked with me to find parts that were in my budget to get the price down.After setting a deadline, I was updated at least once a week on the progress that was done. The completion date was met on time. The work itself was outstanding. My daughter thinks her Jeep looks better now than before the accident. I cannot say enough good things about Chris, Amber and the Drove team. From the moment I first called, the customer service was outstanding. After being at another shop, Chris took the time to walk through every detail of the previous work, the repairs needed and the process for full analysis and repairs. Amber and Cheyenne were incredibly helpful walking me through questions and what to expect/look for from the insurance company while also working with the insurer on my behalf. Paint match is spot on with no imperfections (fish eye/orange peel/runs etc for my car people). Hit a deer with my Bronco on a Saturday Called Drove Collision while they were closed. Chris called me back and told me who to contact for my rental. He came and picked my vehicle up at my house. Vehicle looks better then new. Very customer oriented throughout the whole process. Would recommend Drove Collision to any one who needs body work. Top notch service.
