Zeke was awesome communicating before we came to view the car. he had it ready for me upon arrival, which was nice considering i was a good bit earlier than anticipated. Zeke was busy at the time of my arrival, yet checked in with us and ensured our salesman was taking care of us. Lou our official salesman was awesome. very transparent and personable, made the time we spent there go a bit quicker. it was a good experience and Shawn (Manager) was amazing in helping me get out the door with my Car!

My daughter and I saw the Audi Q5 last night. We sent a message that we were interested in the car. We had an automated email sent back that Zeke would call me in the morning at 8:30 AM in which he actually sent an email at Wright at about 7 AM which I was very impressed. Then we arranged a time to meet at 2 PM and within the next two hours we spent test driving checking out the vehicle agreeing on a price which in my opinion was a five star amazing car experience. If you’re in the need for a car or truck, Zeke and car smart are the place to do it. My daughter and I are so excited for her somewhat newer car. #AMAZING

This was our first time at this car dealership. We showed up looking at the Suv that we saw online on their website. Zeke came out right away and greeted us. Took the suv for a test drive. Came back , there was a cybertruck in the parking lot and let us go see it and I got to sit in it and he took my picture. We were there maybe 3 hours. The whole team there is awesome and friendly! The lady in the office with the cool hat she had on, Zeke of course, our salesguy, Trey, Sean the finance manager, sweet Zoe and the other Shawn. It's a great vibe there and they take the stress out of buying a car. We recommend CarSmart in Hendersonville if your looking for a vehicle! If I ever need another vehicle, I will buy one from here again!
