My experience with installing a lift kit for my 15 tacoma was incredible from the service I received from Jill with choosing every thing, getting itemized, detailed quotes, to answering any and all questions I had, to the installment. Got the exact look I was going for. It's been a year and a half with the lift on, 20k mi put on it since, road trips and daily commutes, and I've had no issues related to the lift itself. Just few more double takes on the highway. Solid. I had a unique issue they were able to help me with down the road caused by the dealership. Clean welds. Amazing service again through and through. We couldn’t be happier with the work and customer service Music City 4x4 has ALWAYS provided for us. They just knocked out a skirted flatbed and Ranch Hand bumper for us ahead of schedule, and cheaper than anywhere else. They provide photos and inspections of the vehicles before any work is done which we really appreciate. Highly recommend!!

Not only did the team help with scheduling challenges, they were awesome to chat with, learn about other packages available, and just generally good guys. 10/10, would recommend. 5 tire (40x12.50x17) mount & balance on beadlocks. Rides smooth as glass now.

Relocated to the area and searched around for a 4x4 shop to be my go to for my 21 JLU-Diesel. Really glad I made the decision to go with Music City 4x4. After talking with Jill, Joey, David, and a few others regarding steering upgrades and alignments. I chose to upgrade my steering using the Artec Axis 2.5 ton Aluminum with SteerSmarts ends, Fox 2.0 ATS Steering Stabilizer (additional brackets and bolts by SteerSmarts), and also did the SteerSmarts Sector shaft and Bracket. Great service, Great support as I had many,many questions. The Steering has never been this tight (factory stuff was sloppy). This will be my go to Shop.
