If I could give 0 stars I would, in a heartbeat. My partner and I flew out to Michigan with a promise that the car he was intending to buy was in perfect condition. When we got there we took the car to a nearby shop for them to do a full inspection. The car shop told us the car was in horrible condition, many things needed immediate work and it wasn’t safe to drive with the work that needed to be done. The total cost of work needed done on the car was quoted over $11,000. When we told the dealership this they proceeded to try and gaslight us and say disrespectful things about the character of the people at the repair shop. We had to spend multiple extra days in Michigan with no compensation for hotels and we had to advocate for a loaner in the mean time. Finally they told us the car wouldn

🚨 BUYER BEWARE 🚨 My partner and I purchased a used Porsche Macan from this dealership, and it has been one of the worst consumer experiences we have ever had. First, after purchasing the car, it took an entire month for the dealership to deliver the vehicle. During that time we called almost every day and were constantly given the runaround with excuses and vague updates. Nothing actually happened until we contacted the financing company, who had to step in and pressure the dealership to release the vehicle. When the car finally arrived, we turned the car on ONE time and it immediately started smoking and became completely undriveable. I see a pattern with these people. I received the vehicle with a slack front tire. I pumped it up and drove about 5 miles and the check engine light came on. When I purchased the vehicle the salesman said it came with a warranty but you actually purchase the warranty for $2,996.00. I contacted the dealership about the check engine light. He said you have a warranty. The problem is my mechanic doesn't deal with warranty companies so I asked for a refund immediately. It almost seems like they are the same people blaming each other about the refund. Finally after months of phone calls and e-mails I received a partial refund from the warranty company. Basically the dealership stole roughly $1600.00. I received less than 1/2 of what I paid and I never used it and I asked for a refund immediatel

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR HERE! We are STUCK WITH A "LEMON!" Joe told us the vehicle had NO issues or damage. Upon delivery the car had obvious problems! We got an estimate from our local dealership...$74,000 to repair! Thats right...$74,000!!! The dealership has been uncooperative and unresponsive. READ ALL OF THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS AND RUN!!!!!!! They are scammers!!!!
