I just want to take a moment to thank DB Complete Auto Care for helping my family out in such a big way! My front brakes went out yesterday, and they donated their time and services to get my van back on the road today. The service was quick, kind, and honestly a blessing. I had some front end work done and all 4 tires changed. My front tires went bald in less than 3 months on an equinox and I only drove it less than 10,000 miles. Unheard of. I brought it in on warranty, the guy said it was covered and would be done in half a day. But I quickly realized things were out of control at this shop, no clear manager and bad communication. I should have taken my losses and went to a new shop. I verified that I could drop my car off Thursday night for my two tires to be replaced Friday on warranty. I was expecting to pick it up by 2 on Friday. I started calling and it became clear things were going to take longer. They were rude when I called. No updates, even when I called they were vague. Saturday comes around and nobody is answering the phone. I show up and the

I will not leave a bad review but here was a tuneup of how I received my vehicle back, you be the judge. I’ll attach my grounding plug and repair the 2 bolts broken grounding my coil and reroute the wires the way ford recommends.

I wish I could give them zero Stars took my car in to get the breaks and stearing done paid over 2,000 and got a car back that's more broken then when we dropped it off very unprofessional very rude takes their time and steals your money

I took my car to another shop a month+ ago and they did not fix the damage that was done to my car all they did was make my car unsafe to drive. My car drives so much better now thanks to Dave and the Service was fast !
