She was so flexible with my drop-off time and helped make sure the rental, my work schedule, and getting my son to and from school were all covered. Her communication was friendly, professional, and honestly made the whole situation feel less stressful. Josh, our service advisor, was extremely knowledgeable, and the receptionist was warm and welcoming every time I walked in. They repaired my insurance claim and also fixed some separate debris damage from i95. You would never know my car had been hit by anything. I was able to get my Tesla in the following day from calling. Lisa was great. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciate how she takes the time to reach out through text to update you on the process and status of your vehicle, even sharing photos. All in all, the repair was done very quickly.
