I cannot say enough great things about CARSTAR in Rialto! After we were hit and the entire driver’s side of our truck was completely damaged, we were honestly nervous about the whole repair process. We didn’t know what to expect, how insurance would handle everything, or what condition our truck would be in when it was all said and done. I took my car there for repairs and I'm really glad I did. I got Charles as my estimator and Charles did an awesome job. Honestly, they did better than any other shop I've been to before. The whole process was smooth and easy, and I felt like I was kept in the loop the entire time. The repairs came out great and you can tell they really care about doing things right. Car repair went smoothly. They handled all the communication w/ my insurance company and updated me each step of the repair. The car was ready on the estimated date. If you need a vehicle repair this is the spot. I previously took my vehicle to Gerber for a repair and do not recommend them at all. Carstar was much more professional and answered all my questions before and after the repair.
