The tow truck service itself was fine and arrived on time as discussed to tow my truck. However, the driver who came was very rude for no clear reason. His attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant. I’m not sure why he behaved that way, but it definitely didn’t feel respectful. CUSTOMER SERVICE should be improved.
Issac from XL towing came out this past Friday afternoon to the North Grapevine area. He towed the Tractor/trailer unit to the Chino terminal then took the tractor unit to my companys repair yard in Rialto. I definitely recommend his services. He showed up on time and kept me updated as he was heading north. He was extremely professional and above all friendly and reliable. He was also accommodating, we stopped in Lebec and I was able to use the restroom. Also had dinner with Issac. Down to earth and humble.
It's my first time got blew out on the highway. XL towing gentleman find me real quick and help me find the back-up tire. 5mins all done. Professional and really kind. Even I do not have changes he waive some of the fee. Love this company and people
