CARSTAR Billings

So, I backed up into a light pole several months ago. I bought a rear bumper for my truck online, thinking I would install it myself. I watched a couple of videos on installing. Decided I was too old and tired to do it. (70). So I went to this body shop that repaired our Terrain after getting hail damage. They did a great job with that, so I went back for this bumper. They quoted me a reasonable price. Dropped off my truck Monday morning, expecting it to take a few hours. Unfortunately, the bumper I bought did not fit. They tried everything to install it. We made the decision to order an oem bumper. They were able to get it installed on Tuesday. They do great work and always charge fairly. Life lesson learned. I will definitely go back to Carstar in the future! Love those people!

They did a wonderful job! And I was pleasantly surprised that they not only cleaned the outside of the car (which would make sense) but they cleaned the inside as well. If I knew they were going to do that I would have cleaned out my car better!! :)

Was recommended from insurance company after getting in an accident and very great service! Was done in under the time expected and they explained every detail of what they were doing so i understood. Even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car for me!

I had two small scratches on my back lid. The guys sanded them out and repainted the spots. I can’t even see where they did their work. They were very professional. A previous employee gave me the wrong quote, but they still honored that lower estimate. I will definitely use them again.
