Carstar was fabulous to work with. They got my car finished in 3 days and got me to and from my rental. They texted me updates as they came and had amazing customer service. Front desk guy- (I think his name is Chase), was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service goes along way for me and they should receive bonus stars for that! (Or a pay raise)! :)

Did a great job on my car , took it in on the 17th my claim said they would be done by the 31st my car was finished ready to go by the 24th . Staff made everything simple and great communication.

The quickest service! The nicest people! The best work! I was told that it would take 2 weeks to complete my car, my car was done in 9 days!!! They even offered me a ride back to work when I dropped off my car! They made sure everything looked perfect before I left. And they cleaned the inside & outside of my car!

My car was ready when they said it would be and I seem to have gotten back the same car I left there. Guys were friendly an appreciated my joke about my strategy to get in an accident in the beginning of the year so my deductible was met early. Seemed like a good place.

Wonderful service!! Dropped my car off on 11/7 and drove my car home on 11/21. Fastest repairs I’ve ever had or seen! My car looks brand new. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs repairs.
