Horrible customer service, Iong repair times and shady business practices. Scheduled an appointment through insurance for inspection and after arriving at scheduled time, I was told to bring back on Monday morning and drop off to inspect fully and was met by a rude manager, Joey who wanted to go back and forth about the name of the damaged part. Disrespectful. I was then called 30 minutes later to say that they would not be able to inspect the vehicle when there are more than 10 appointment times available today. They are falsely advertising availability when they know they dont have any for days or even weeks. They are also very slow in making repairs with alot of excuses as to why more time is needed.
