The staff at CarStar was nice and helpful, especially Cassandra who helped me through the whole repair process. They have an easy repair process, just dropped off my car and they coordinated with my insurance. They even ordered an Uber for me after I dropped my car off which other places probably don’t do. My car looked brand new when the repairs were done, their repair team did an amazing job. Highly recommend for insurance claim repairs.

I dinged up my wife's Mini a couple of months ago, so I researched for the best place to have it repaired. CarStar got my attention, so I made an appointment took the car there. I was given detailed information as to the process, timeline, and was given time to ask any questions I had. I felt comfortable with the level of courtesy given. Communication was though, I received test messages updating every step. Repair time was shorter than expected and the work was impeccable. If needed again, I will be going there.

Had a great experience with Carstar auto collision center. I would get daily updates on the status of my vehicle. They provided me with an Uber to go pick up my rental. Then I was able to leave the rental car there at Carstar. Exceptional customer service by Mrs. Kassandra the front desk staff.
