My experience with Crystal CarStar Lenexa was superb! They worked with my insurance company. Fixed the car perfectly and in a timely manner. I only owed my deductible. I will certainly use them in the future (although I hope I don’t need their services)! Terrific experience!

Customer service at car star is excellent from receptionist to Ferris. Communication excellent they let you know step-by-step. What is going on with your vehicle? My car looks like new they gave me customary cleanup inside and out put my car back together like nothing never happened. I will be referring people to them. The paint matches perfectly. I had what was considered a minor fender bender with damage to a rear quarter panel. Car star did the evaluation an estimate for a repair and coordinated with my insurance company. They were extremely accommodating when I needed to change the original date of repair for time a few weeks later. The work was outstanding could Not tell that there was any damage whatsoever. The work was done, professionally delivered on time and I could not recommend them more highly.

Took my car for an insurance claim. They did good work on my car. They were polite and friendly. No real complaints, except they originally said 4 days and they had my car for 6. Not a big deal.

I recently took my daughter’s 2025 Nissan Sentra to CARSTAR Crystal Auto Body after an unfortunate accident. She had owned the car for just over a week when another vehicle struck it straight directly on the passenger side. The damage was significant. One passenger-side door needed to be completely replaced, the other required repair, and there was additional damage to the front passenger-side fender. Given how new the vehicle was, we were understandably concerned. The repairs were completed early, and the workmanship is incredible you would never know the car had been in an accident. It truly looks brand new. We were kept informed nearly every day via text regarding the progress of the repairs, which we greatly appreciated.
