Its disappointing to read from other reviewers that didn't have a good experience at CarStar in Delray Beach. I have nothing but praise for the wonderful service!! After speaking to my insurance company in October 2025, they directed me to contact CarStar. The representative (Kenya) was extremely polite and very accommodating to my every question and concern. She carefully looked at the my quarter panel and door and submitted the paperwork. She told me it would take at least 7 days. To be my surprise, it was done within 3-4 days instead. I was extremely happy with their service. Kenya was always responsive to my text messages while the car was in the shop and always gave me an update. Brought my Mustang in just days after purchasing it due to a sideswipe accident. The shop replaced the fender, door, quarter panel, and rocker molding—but after two repair attempts and a third attempt, the lack of quality of the repair is being shown. I was hoping for a better job since it had “good reviews” and is State Farm Preferred shop. I requested to speak to the shop owner via his manager Kenya on 05/22/25 and still have not gotten a call back… I will update this as soon as I talk to him. ***It's now 12/06/25 and the shop owner never contacted me or spoke to me. Very poor customer service. P.S took it to the CarStar in Fort Lauderdale they did an amazing job and recognized the poor quality in their work.
