I just had my vehicle there and honestly I been knowing them for 10 years now and I feel comfortable bring my vehicle there because they do an amazing job and stay honest . I took my car to this shop for repairs, and it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. They kept my car for far longer than they initially estimated, with little to no communication about the delays. When I finally got my car back, the work was sloppy, they put wrong headlights(yellow lights instead of LED, cruise control not working.I ended up going back same day and I am again waiting for more than a week to get that fixed. If you value your time and money, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Right from the guy who orders the part , to the guy who fixes it and the one who evaluates it after fixing, no one is doing their job.

I recently had my car serviced at Carstar in Windsor and unfortunately had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share with other potential customers. Major Issues Encountered: 1. Overcharging for Unnecessary Services Charged for work that was never actually performed Added unnecessary repairs . 2. Wrong Parts Installation Installed incorrect parts on my vehicle Still charged full price for these wrong parts No accountability when the error was discovered 3. SHAMEFUL AND INCOMPETENT – AVOID THIS PLACE COMPLETELY This is by far the most incompetent and untrustworthy auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. I sent my car here for an insurance repair and completely regret it. They kept my car for over a month without any proper updates. When I finally got it back, the work was laughably bad. The hood had been replaced, but the paint job looked like a DIY hack — patchy, mismatched, and careless. It was embarrassing to look at. Then I noticed something far more serious — the SRS (airbag) warning light was on. I brought it to their attention right there, and instead of taking action, they tried to pass it off like it was nothing, telling me to come back later and still forced me to take the car.
